MOSCOW, March 17. /ITAR-TASS/. Moscow does not have information that France has changed the country’s plans over participation in a 2+2 meeting, a source in the Russian Foreign Ministry told Itar-Tass on Monday.
“We do not have any information that France has changed the country’s plans over participation in this event,” the source said.
It was reported earlier that the foreign and defense ministers of the two countries would have talks in Moscow on March 18.
