MOSCOW, March 13. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian State Secretary and Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin had a telephone conversation with Kazakh Foreign Minister Yerlan Idrisov discussing developments in Ukraine, including international aspects of the country’s situation on Thursday. Kazakhstan initiated the telephone conversation, the Russian Foreign Ministry stated.
“Development of the situation in Ukraine, including its international aspects, were discussed from the position of strategic partnership and allied relations of the two countries,” the Russian foreign diplomatic agency said.
