Russian, Georgian negotiators agree to postpone meeting

TBILISI, March 11. /ITAR-TASS/. Georgian special envoy for relations with Russia Zurab Abasihdze said Russian and Georgian negotiators had agreed to postpone a meeting due to take place in Prague on March 14.

“I’ve had a telephone conversation with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin. We’ve agreed that we’ll meet in Prague later - within the nearest weeks,” Abashidze said.

“We’ve consented to continue the dialogue within this format,” the Georgian diplomat said.

The first meeting was held in Geneva’s suburbs on December 14, 2012. Then Abashidze and Karasin met in Prague in March, June, September and November 2013.
