Court in Moscow to consider arrest of Ukraine's Right Sector leader in absentia

MOSCOW, March 07. /ITAR-TASS/. The Basmanny district court in Moscow on March 12 will consider arrest of the Ukrainian Right Sector's leader Dmytro Yarosh in absentia, following the investigator’s demand, a court source told Itar-Tass. Yarosh is on an international wanted list.

The Russian Investigative Committee's spokesman Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass earlier that the IC's main investigative department had ordered to bring the Right Sector leader to trial on charges of public calls for terrorism and extremism through mass media. He publicly called on anti-Russian forces for extremist activities and terrorism on the Russian territory.
