ROME, March 06. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia and the USA have not reached understanding on Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
“We want to understand what our partners mean when they offer a certain international mechanism on Ukraine,” Lavrov said.
“The priority is to respect the Agreement on the Settlement of the Crisis in Ukraine of February 21: to carry out the constitutional reform, to create a government of national unity and to hold elections upon completion of the constitutional reform. The second important aspect is that any process, which can be backed, should be based on accord of all Ukrainian regions,” the Russian minister said.
