MOSCOW, March 06. /ITAR-TASS/. A mechanism to settle the crisis in Ukraine with the participation of Russia and the West has not been created yet, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Vassily Nebenzya said.
“The issue is being considered. Such mechanism has not been created yet,” the Russian high-ranking diplomat said.
“Not only we, but also the West realizes what Ukraine’s membership in NATO means,” he said.
“I can’t imagine Ukraine in NATO either now or in the future,” Nebenzya added.
