MOSCOW, March 06. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s Defense Ministry sees no grounds for winding down preparations for the European Security Conference due to take place in Moscow in May despite the fact that the USA and NATO say they suspend military and technical cooperation with Russia, chief of the Defense Ministry’s Main Directorate for International Military Cooperation Sergei Koshelev told Itar-Tass.
“We are preparing all events that we planned earlier. Everything proceeds according to plan,” Koshelev said.
