TUNIS, March 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov expects that Western partners will understand that threats of sanctions against Russia are counterproductive.

“We have always been against unilateral sanctions. They have never come to any good,” the foreign minister said on Tuesday.

“I hope our partners will understand that this policy is counterproductive,” he added.
