NOVO-OGAREVO, March 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukrainian people want changes, but illegal and unconstitutional actions cannot be encouraged, Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters in his countryside residence on Tuesday.

“This revolutionary situation has been taking shape for a long time from the first days of Ukraine’s independence. Actually people certainly want changes, but illegal changes cannot be encouraged,” Putin said with confidence.
