NOVO-OGAREVO, March 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Yanukovych is a legitimate president of Ukraine, no legitimate procedure was undertaken for his dismissal.
“The acting president cannot be named legitimate,” Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters in his countryside residence on Tuesday. “Only one legitimate president can legally exist, it is clear that he does not have any power. But I have already said about it and want to repeat that only Yanukovych is certainly a legitimate president purely in legal terms,” the president said.
