MOSCOW, March 01, /ITAR-TASS/. Valentina Matviyenko, Chairperson of the Federation Council, upper house of Russian parliament, on Saturday, March 1, instructed the Committee on International Relations to draw up an appeal to President Vladimir Putin for recalling the Russian ambassador from the United States.
“There is the proposal to instruct the Committee on International Relations to prepare an appeal to the President of Russia without delay and send it to the president. The president will consider it and make the decision,” Matviyenko said.
