Russian, Georgian diplomats to discuss political contacts in Prague March 4-5

MOSCOW, February 26.  /ITAR-TASS/. Russian and Georgian diplomats will discuss political contacts in Prague on March 4-5, Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin and the Georgian premier’s special envoy for relations with Russia, Zurab Abashidze, will meet to exchange views on prospects for implementing projects in transport, trade and economic fields, Lukashevich said.

“We don’t expect the modality of the summit to be discussed in Prague. The summit should be prepared thoroughly. A big preparatory work should precede the summit in order to work out a common vision on agreements, which could be reached,” the Russian diplomat said.
