MOSCOW, February 26. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Vadim Potomsky as Interim Governor of Oryol Region in the European part of Russia, the Kremlin press service reported on Wednesday.
Alexander Kozlov was relieved from the post of Governor after his term had expired.
The present decree comes into effect from the day it was signed.
