KIEV, February 20. /ITAR-TASS/. A filming crew of Russia Today (RT) television channel highlighting recent violent protests in the capital of Ukraine has been blocked by rioters in one of Kiev’s central hotels.
“Several floors of the hotel are under control of armed oppositionists, who are wearing masks,” RT correspondent Alexei Yaroshevsky said. “We are not leaving our room to avoid shooting.”
According to earlier reports, the RT filming crew came under fire.
