MOSCOW, February 19. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said he would have consultations with Ukrainian counterpart Ruslan Demchenko to discuss the aggravation of the situation in the country.
“The situation in Kiev will be in the focus of the consultations,” Karasin said, adding “We can’t ignore the serious events in Kiev. In fact, this is the test for the Ukrainian state.”
The high-ranking diplomat said, “These are planning consultations on the development of bilateral relations. We have to talk about.”
