Fire at Moscow’s business center put out, nobody injured

MOSCOW, February 18. /ITAR-TASS/. The fire at a construction site of Moscow's International Business Centre, also known as Moscow City, has been extinguished, the press service of the emergency ministry's Moscow department told Itar-Tass.

No-one was hurt in an incident which forced the evacuation of more than 2,000 people, officials said.

The blaze was put out at 13:10 Moscow time, an hour-and-a-half after it began. It engulfed an area of about 40 square metres. Dense smoke in the Afimall shopping and entertainment centre had obscured the seat of the fire.
