Voice of Russia Radio deputy chief appointed to senior post at Ekho Moskvy station

MOSCOW, February 18. /ITAR-TASS/. Shareholders at Russian radio station Ekho Moskvy on Tuesday appointed Voice of Russia Radio's deputy chair Yekaterina Pavlova as the independent broadcaster's director general, replacing Yuri Fedutin in the post.

Pavlova graduated from the management department of the Institute of International Trade and Law. From 2000 until 2010, she was a producer at the VGTRK state radio and television network and chief editor of Vesti news TV programs.

From 2010, Pavlova was chief editor at the department of centralized programs for Voice of Russia Radio, the multi-language news and current affairs state-run broadcaster serving audiences worldwide.
