MOSCOW, February 07, 3:04 /ITAR-TASS/. President Vladimir Putin will travel to Cherepovets in the northern Vologda region on February 17 to hold a meeting of the State Council’s Presidium on the family, maternity and childhood policy.
Putin is the chairman of the State Council and forms its Presidium, which consists of eight members who rotate every six months.
The State Council’s Presidium meets at least once a month or more, if need be.
