MOSCOW, February 05, /ITAR-TASS/. Russian society is becoming more patriotic, President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday.
“Society is becoming more active, and people are more active, more interested in current processes, they want to have more involvement in what’s going on,” Peskov said on Kommersant FM radio.
“It is rather positive that society is becoming more patriotic, more demanding about patriotism,” he said.
Peskov said the authorities should work to meet those high demands.
