MUNICH, February 01, 14:38 /ITAR-TASS/. Moscow calls on the United States of American not to offer ultimatums to Syria on chemical disarmament, Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told the Munich Security Conference on Saturday.
“Russia’ on its own /regarding Syria/ is unable to undertake anything, neither the US can, and together they do manage,” Lavrov said. “We should be more tolerant and coherent.”
“The situation should not be categorical - ‘if steps on the disarmament are not done on the date, they should know we may use the force’ - will this help? No,” Lavrov said.
