PUSHKINO, January 22. /ITAR-TASS/. Moscow region Governor Alexei Vorobyov said Wednesday he is speaking in favor of a full ban on smoking mixes.
“That’s a pressing problem not only for the Moscow region but also for the rest of the country, too,” he said. “Measures toughening responsibility for the circulation of these mixes have already been taken but the groupings circulating them engaged in that business are really smart when it comes to inventing new complex schemes and they even make the cachets for these spices in covert places.”
“Also, various back doors always exist, too,” Vorobyov said.
