MOSCOW, January 22. /ITAR-TASS/. The State Duma has passed a draft statement on Wednesday titled "On aggravation of the situation in Ukraine." The document was prepared by the Duma Committee on the Commonwealth of Independent States and Compatriot Relationships.
"The Russian lawmakers have been following the situation in Ukraine swept by a storm of a civil conflict, with great concern. The activities of a protest movement have been growing in scale and becoming more aggressive. In fact, there were incidents of an attempted overthrow of the legitimate institutions of power in Ukraine by means of force," the Russian lawmakers said in the statement.
