MOSCOW, January 21. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia and Estonia have agreed fully on the text of border treaty and are debating a date and a venue for the treaty to be signed, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told a news conference devoted to the results of 2013 on Tuesday.
“As for border treaty on delimitation of land and water spaces, the text of the treaty is fully agreed upon. We are debating a date and a venue for the treaty to be signed,” the foreign minister said.
