MOSCOW, January 21. /ITAR-TASS/. Investigators are demanding that Dagestan's Deputy Prime Minister Magomedgusen Nasrutdinov, suspected of involvement in grand fraud, be placed under arrest, spokeswoman for the Lefortovo court Yulia Skotnikova told Itar-Tass on Tuesday."The court is to review, in the nearest time, the investigator's petition requesting Nasrutdinov's arrest," Skotnikova said.
Nasrutdinov has not been brought to the court yet.
He is suspected of involvement in the illegal registration of property rights to local gas distribution networks in the 2000s.
