The agreement between Tehran and the six world powers (five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany, P5+1) creates a solid foundation for the continuation of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday in the run-up to Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif’s visit to Moscow on January 16.
