NALCHIK, January 13, 7:58 /ITAR-TASS/. An counter-terror regime was introduced in Kabardino-Balkaria’s town of Baksan and village of Kishpek on Monday.
“FSB’s Major General Sergei Kmennyi has announced the regime to prevent acts terror, for security purposes and in order to detain militants,” the operation’s headquarters reports.
Special measures and temporary limitations will continue in the region during the alert regime, until advised otherwise.
