Fire at Moscow City high-rise building extinguished

The fire started on the 15th floor of the 17-storey building, no one was hurt

MOSCOW, January 12, 20:26 /ITAR-TASS/. The fire at a high-rise building under construction in the Moscow City complex has been extinguished, a spokesman for the Moscow department of the Russian emergencies ministry told Itar-Tass on Sunday.

“The fire started on the 15th floor of the 17-storey building,” the spokesman said, adding that no one had been hurt.

The fire broke out in the garbage and consumed an area of 20 square metres. It was put out promptly.
