Khodorkovsky arrives in Israel to meet former Yukos partners

While in Israel, Khodorkovsky conferred with his friend and former Yukos partner Leonid Nevzlin, local media reports

TEL AVIV, January 10, 13:27 /ITAR-TASS/. Mikhail Khodorskovsky, once Russia’s richest man as head of oil giant Yukos, arrived in Israel on Friday to meet his former company’s partners, Israeli Calcalist newspaper writes.

While in Israel, Khodorkovsky conferred with his friend and former Yukos partner Leonid Nevzlin, the newspaper says.

Khodorkovsky has met or will meet other partners - Mikhail Brudno and Vladimir Dubov, the newspaper writes.

It says he is staying in Israel for several days. Khodorkovsky has not given any interview or communicated the press.

Nevzlin’s press service does not elaborate.
