VOLGOGRAD, December 30, 3:57 /ITAR-TASS/. A nine-year-old girl, one of victims of the terrorist act in Volgograd, cannot be evacuated to Moscow so far. Health Minister Veronika Skvortsova told journalists that the girl is in a grave conditions and a special plane would be required for her transportation.

"This matter will be decided individually," Skvortsova said.
