MOSCOW, December 20, /ITAR-TASS/. A high-ranking Dagestani official has been killed in a car crash in Moscow, city police said.

"Deputy chairman of Dagestan's government Gadzhi Makhachev and two other persons were killed in a multiple collision involving five cars in Kutuzovsky Prospekt (Avenue) on Thursday evening," a police officer said. Six other persons were injured, including three children.
