MOSCOW, December 19. /ITAR-TASS/. An improvised explosive device detonated at a kiosk in southern Moscow, hurting an accidental passerby.
Initially, it was believed to be an explosion of a gas cylinder.
As the press service of metropolitan police reported December 19, “the power of explosion stood at 500 g of TNT”.
“The main version of the incident is a commercial conflict. An inspection of that fact is being carried out, and filing of a criminal case is being considered,” the police representatives reported.
The blast occurred Wednesday night in a kiosk near house 17 on Lipetskaya street. As a result, two cars parked nearby were damaged.
