Kyrgyzstan detains suspected murder of Russian boxer

BISHKEK, December 13. /ITAR-TASS/. Kyrgyzstan’s bureau of the Interpol jointly with the police detained a suspected murderer of a well-known Russian boxer Ivan Klimov, press service of Kyrgyzstan’s Interior Ministry said on Friday.

In November of the current year in the yard of house 25 in Dianov Street in Omsk, an identified person struck Klimov with a knife in the neck and in the liver. The athlete died of the wounds. Russian law enforcement authorities named Yan Lebedov a key suspect and put him on the international wanted list.
