MOSCOW, December 12. /ITAR-TASS/. The ruling party United Russia began to prepare a plan to fulfill an annual state-of-the-nation address to the Federal Assembly that Russian President Vladimir Putin had delivered on Thursday, deputy secretary of the United Russia General Council and deputy of the State Duma lower house of Russian parliament Olga Batalina told Itar-Tass.
“United Russia began to prepare a plan to fulfill the presidential annual state-of-the-nation address,” the politician said.
“The presidential annual state-of-the-nation address for the whole country and for United Russia as a pro-presidential party is certainly a direct incentive to action,” she added. “Therefore, for the briefest period of time we will prepare a plan to fulfil the presidential state-of-the-nation address, which will reflect law-making tasks and other measures aimed at the soonest fulfillment of the presidential initiatives,” Batalina noted.
