ORENBURG, December 11. /ITAR-TASS/. Customs officers in Russia’s Ural city of Orenburg have detained a drug mule trafficking 80 heroin capsules in his stomach, a source in the Orenburg customs service told Itar-Tass on Wednesday.
A Tajik citizen arrived in Orenburg from Dushanbe.
“During customs control officers found capsules in his stomach,” the source said.
The detainee said he planned to sell 660 grams of heroin in Moscow. A criminal case on drug trafficking was instituted.
Last August customs officers in Orenburg airport also detained a Tajik drug mule, who tried to carry 142 capsules with over 480 grams of heroin in his stomach.
