Russia sets temporary residence quotas for next year

MOSCOW, December 06, 12:34 /ITAR-TASS/. Russia's government has set the quota for temporary residence permits next year at 95,880, says the official site www.government.ru.

“The 2014 quota is based on proposals of the Russian regional executives drawn up in consideration of the migration situation and economic conditions in each particular region,” the announcement said.

The decree is aimed at streamlining migration.
