MOSCOW, December 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s government is planning to receive a Ukrainian delegation, which intends to arrive in Moscow for talks on December 4, a government source told Itar-Tass.

Talks with Ukraine may be led by First Vice-Premier Igor Shuvalov, the source said.

Shuvalov’s office declined to elaborate.

Earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov said the Ukrainian delegation would leave for Russia on Wednesday, December 4, “in order to restore trade and economic relations with the Russian Federation”.

The premier declined to specify membership of the Ukrainian delegation.

Another Ukrainian delegation should leave for Brussels soon for talks on the Association Agreement with the European Union. The delegation is currently being formed. It may be led by Ukrainian First Vice-Premier Sergei Arbuzov. The date of the trip is not clear yet.
