MOSCOW, December 03. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s Labour and Social Protection Ministry will draw up a registry of persons with disabilities.
“We drafted a bill concerning a registry of people with disabilities,” Labor and Social Protection Minister Maxim Topilin told a news conference at Itar-Tass on Tuesday. “In this case we will be able to have all information from the point of view of disability characteristics. Now we do not have even statistics, there are assessments.”
“It is necessary to create a registry and we plan to submit this bill to the government for consideration soon,” he said.
