MOSCOW, December 03. /ITAR-TASS/. Regions will be provided 4.2 billion rubles every year to implement Accessible Environment program in order to create an infrastructure for disabled persons and disadvantaged population, Minister of Labor and Social Welfare Maxim Topilin told Itar-Tass.
“Within the next two years at least 4.2 million rubles will be provided to Russian regions every year to back up the program,” the minister said.
“There are 12.9 million disabled persons in Russia (9% of the total number of the population),” Topilin said.
