MOSCOW, December 02. /ITAR-TASS/. The Russian Defense Ministry will hold a large meeting of its board on December 10, Defense Minister, General Sergei Shoigu said at a conference call on Monday.
He noted that the Defense Ministry’s situation center on Monday held this year’s final monthly conference call that focused on the results of the work during the year. “All this will be completed at the final big board meeting on December 10,” the minister said.
The ministry’s board meeting will also consider the issue of the fulfillment of the state defense order plan for 2013. The minister said that an agreement had been reached in early 2013 that the plan of the state defense order fulfillment would be controlled during the whole year, and not occasionally. “There are already positive results. This December will be totally different from December 2012 when we had to engage in a rush job to complete the contracting,” Shoigu stressed.
