MOSCOW, December 01, 12:04 /ITAR-TASS/. The Russian government has granted to the Russian oil major Rosneft the rights to use the Vostochno-Pribrezhny section of federal natural resources, which are situated in Nabil Bay in the Sea of Okhotsk. The specific resolution is posted on the website of the Russian government on Sunday.
The document noted that Rosneft was granted this right upon results of the auction, “offering the largest one-time payment that is the main criterion to find the winner according to the legislation in the sphere of subsoil use.”
The company RN-Sakhalinmorneftegaz was also participating in the tender.
