MOSCOW, November 29. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s former defense minister Anatoly Serdyukov will come to the Investigative Committee on December 3.
Reporters asked the lawyer if the defendant would testify.
“We have discussed the issue, but as yet we are not commenting on it, perhaps there will not be any questioning and we shall only receive a statement on opening of the criminal case,” he said.
The Investigative Committee announced on November 28 it began prosecution against Serdyukov on charges with “negligence.
