MOSCOW, November 28, 21:54 /ITAR-TASS/. Moscow’s Tverskoi court has ordered taking the former chief of Rosgazivikatsiya, a company that deals with gasification and gas distribution issues, into custody on fraud charges, a Moscow police source told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
According to preliminary reports, the suspect together with group of unidentified foreign investors concluded contracts of indemnity in a period between 2005 and 2007. The company took on unconditional and irrevocable commitments to provide guarantees for investment agreements on any risks of foreign companies totaling 2.5 billion dollars.
