Second rescue ship sent to emergency area in Caspian Sea to help Russian ship in distress

BAKU, November 28. /ITAR-TASS/. The State Maritime Administration of Azerbaijan has sent a second rescue ship to the Caspian Sea to help a Russian cargo ship in distress in the territorial waters of Azerbaijan, said a source from the Maritime administration. It did not rule out that the Russian ship might be towed to Baku for overhaul.

Earlier, the Goryachiy rescue ship, which belongs to the Caspian rescue service of the Emergency Situations department of Azerbaijan, had been sent to the area near the island of Chilov in the Caspian Sea to help the Russian ship in distress.
