MAKHACHKALA, November 24, 1:03 /ITAR-TASS/. The sappers are checking by a special robot the body of a man, who died in a blast of an explosive device in the city of Makhachkala, for other explosive devices on him, a source in the law enforcement agencies in the capital of the Russian North Caucasian Republic of Dagestan told Itar-Tass on Saturday.
“The special robot is checking whether the blasted man had other explosive devices on him, specialists are also searching through the area around the blast site,” the source said.
In his words, the dead man probably wanted to explode a road police patrol being on duty nearby.
