MOSCOW, November 21. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will make a working visit to Italy on November 25-26 at the invitation of Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta, the Kremlin press service reported on Thursday.
Putin and Letta will co-chair the 8th round of Russian-Italian expanded interstate consultations with the participation of government members of both countries.
The Russian president will also have talks with Italian President Giorgio Napolitano on bilateral trade, economic, investment and energy cooperation, as well as international problems.
Putin will pay a brief visit to the Vatican to have a talk with Pope Francis.
