Russian and Latvian foreign ministers to meet in Moscow

The Latvian foreign minister will make a stopover in Moscow on his way to Yekaterinburg that will host a session of Russian-Latvian intergovernmental commission

MOSCOW, November 21, 1:05 /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will meet in Moscow on Thursday with his Latvian counterpart Edgars Rinkevics to discuss bilateral ties and international issues.

According to Russian Foreign Ministry’s spokesman Alexander Lukashevich, “the sides plan to exchange opinions on topical issues of bilateral agenda, as well as on international issues”.

The Latvian foreign minister will make a stopover in Moscow on his way to the Urals city of Yekaterinburg that will host a session of Russian-Latvian intergovernmental commission for economic, scientific, humanitarian and cultural cooperation. Edgars Rinkevics is co-chairman of the commission.
