MOSCOW, November 20, /ITAR-TASS/. The Russian Supreme Court has found lawful the life imprisonment to Belgorod shooter Sergei Pomazun, who was convicted by the Belgorod regional court for the murder of six people.
The legal panel has found groundless the argument of the lawyer that a psychiatric evaluation of Pomazun should be conducted at the psychiatric clinic to estimate his state of health and ruled to find the guilty verdict taking effect.
