MOSCOW, November 18, 1:00 /ITAR-TASS/. RF President Vladimir Putin has had a telephone conversation with Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, whose son was on board the airliner that crashed in Kazan on Sunday night.
Presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said, "Vladimir Putin, in a telephone conversation with the President of Tatarstan has once again expressed deepfelt condolences to the relatives and next-of-kin of all those who died in the air disaster. The President personally offered condolences to (Rustam) Minnikhanov, whose son had been among the passengers of the stricken airliner".
