CHELYABINSK, November 8 (Itar-Tass) - One man was saved from under the debris of a collapsed building in Russia’s Urals city of Chelyabinsk, a spokesman for the local emergencies department said on Friday.

According to the spokesman, the accident took place at about 20:45 local time (18:45 Moscow time) when that two walls at the second floor of a two-storey building under construction collapsed. Rescuers say three more people might be buried under the debris. Specialists with dogs arrived at the scene to join the rescue operation. Each 20 minutes they observe a minute of silence.

An investigation is underway.
