CHERKESSK, November 2 (Itar-Tass) - Power supply is resumed in full in the republic of Karachai-Cherkessia, a source at the North Caucasian Interregional Distribution Grid Company told Itar-Tass.
A breakdown left more than 30,000 residents without electricity in the southern part of the city of Cherkessk, the republic's capital.
Some of the consumers and all the socially important facilities were promptly connected to reserve lines. Duty teams were sent to examine and repair the equipment.
The power supply is resumed in full to all the consumers, the company source said.
The cutoff was caused by a technical fault.
